This information includes your name, address, tax identification number, and your patients' respective names and addresses. ADOR uses this information to process prescription orders on your behalf.

ADOR collects and stores credit card number, billing name and address and expiration dates from you and your patients. You may choose to have ADOR charge its prescription fees to your credit card or alternatively to your patients.

ADOR asks you to provide information on how to contact you by telephone, fax and e-mail. We will use this information to communicate with you regarding specific prescription orders entered into our website. We also use this information to contact you about additional products or services that may be of interest to you.

We may use a technology called "cookies" to keep track of who visits our site. A cookie is an element of data that a web site can send to your browser, which may then store it on your system. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. When you sign up for our service, you select a User Name and Password to access the ADOR secure web site. You can help protect your information by keeping your User Name and Password secret and by changing your Password from time to time.

The ADOR web site will automatically log you off of the system when there is no activity for 45 minutes. This mechanism is used to protect your patient's private information from being viewed by any unauthorized persons or onlookers of your screen.
